That the Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Social Care:

1.            Notes that Appendix 1 is not for publication on the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

2.            Approves the award of a contract to the CLCH for the delivery of a high quality 0-19 Public Health Nursing service for Health Visiting and School Nursing in Hammersmith and Fulham for an initial five-year term commencing 1 December 2021 to 30^th November 2026 (with the option to extend for up to a further period of 2 years). The total value of this contract over the five-year term is £21.78 million and £30.4 million over a possible 7 year term.
