Issue - decisions

1.    To note that Exempt Appendix 1 is not for publication on the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

2.    To approve the award of a contract to renew the lateral mains at Multiple Blocks,  1-25 Abbey Court, 1-30 Clifford House, and 1-68 Linacre Court, to W.G Wigginton Limited, commencing 28^th July 2021 (or as soon as possible thereafter), up to a value of £406,654, for a period of one year, with a possible option to extend by one year.
