PDF 127 KBIt is recommended that approval be given for the extension of the Customer Agreement in respect of Managed Services for Temporary Agency Resources (the Contract) for a period of 12 months, commencing 1 July 2021 and ending on 30th June 2022. The cost of the 12-month extension is £23.5m. The maximum value of the Contract remains at £47,000,000.
