1.1. That Councillor Wesley Harcourt be appointed as a Council representative on the Old Oak And Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) Planning Committee from 18 May 2015 until polling day of the next Borough elections in May 2018
1.2. That the receipt of a basic allowance be approved.
