1. Approve the Business Case for re-tendering of the Tree Maintenance Contract as set out in the report.
2. To note that the final contract award will be subject to cabinet approval as a key decision.
3. To agree an extension to the existing contract by up to three months to provide a transitional period for the tendering process to be completed.
