Decision taken from the Cabinet Member on: 14 July 2015
1.1. That approval be given for an order to be placed with Amey Community Limited in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of the existing Shared Services FM contract. The one off cost of the moves, furniture and associated works will be £26,632 plus a contingency sum of £3,000 and fees of £4,000 making a total cost for approval of £33,632.
1.2. That the Capital costs of the works and the ongoing revenue costs are recharged to partner boroughs, as part of the existing recharge arrangement (based on borough population).
