1.1. That the Deputy Leader agrees to extend the current street outreach contract for a further two years to 31st July 2017.
1.2. That the Deputy Leader agrees to a novation of the extended contract to reflect the merger of Broadway and St Mungos that has happened since the initial contract was awarded.
