The Committee has considered an application for the sale of alcohol off the premises under the Licensing Act 2003 for the provision of sale of alcohol off the Premises (“the Application”).

In summary, the Committee has decided, after taking into account all of the individual circumstances of this case and the promotion of the four licensing objectives to:

1. Reject the whole of the Application

If the Applicant or any person who has made a relevant representation is unhappy with the terms of the provisional statement issued, they are entitled to appeal to the magistrates’ court within 21 days from the date of notification of the full decision.
