The Committee has considered an application for the variation of a premises licence to vary the hours for the sale of alcohol and the opening hours and add the provision of late-night refreshment both indoors and outdoors of the existing Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 (“the Application”).

In summary, the Committee has decided, after taking into account all of the individual circumstances of this case and the promotion of the four licensing objectives to reject the whole of the Application.

A copy of this Committee’s full decision including its reasons will be sent to the parties forthwith.

If the Applicant is unhappy with the decision, they are entitled to appeal to the magistrates’ court within 21 days from the date of notification of the full decision.
