The Committee has considered an application for the grant of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the sale by retail of alcohol - off the Premises only (“the Application”)

In summary, the Committee has decided, after taking into account all of the individual circumstances of this case and the promotion of the four licensing objectives to Refuse the application.

A copy of this Committee’s full decision including its reasons will be sent to the parties forthwith.

If the Applicant is unhappy with the decision, they are entitled to appeal to the magistrates’ court within 21 days from the date of notification of the full decision
