The Committee has considered an application for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 (“the Application”)

In summary, the Committee has decided, after taking into account all of the individual circumstances of this case and the promotion of the four licensing objectives to

Grant the application in part – modifying the proposed hours for the exhibition of film from 3pm until 7pm, Thursday to Friday. 

In respect of the hours for the sale of alcohol to be permitted between 10am to 22.30pm between Thursday and Saturday and to modify the hours for Sunday to be limited from 10am to 3pm. 

A copy of this Committee’s full decision including its reasons [and the full text of the conditions added to the licence] will be sent to the parties in due course.

If any of the parties is unhappy with the decision they are entitled to appeal to the magistrates’ court within 21 days from the date of notification of the full decision
