Award Of One-Off Grant To Hammersmith And Fulham Mencap pdf icon PDF 129 KB

Decision Taken by Cabinet Member on 30 June 2016:

 

That a one-off grant of £50,000 be awarded to Hammersmith & Fulham Mencap to be used to meet its current financial pressures, predominantly in relation to premises costs, with the detail of how this funding to be used to be agreed between officers and H&F Mencap and incorporated into the existing monitoring requirements of H&F Mencap’s funding agreements.

Poverty And Worklessness Commission - Interview Programme With Residents Living In Poverty And/Or Worklessness pdf icon PDF 245 KB

That a sum of up to £28,000, secured from Section 106 funds, is made available to Delivery and Value Services for the purpose of conducting an interview programme with borough residents living in poverty and/or worklessness, and to cover associated costs, to inform the work of the Poverty and Worklessness Commission.

To approve the proposed Registration Service fees and charges from 1 April 2016 as set out in Appendix 1 in order to remove the existing budget pressure.

That Amey be instructed to carry out these works.  It is also recommended that a 10% contingency sum be added, as investigations of the existing concealed services could not be comprehensive.

 

The total cost of this project is as follows:

5.

Parking On Housing Estates: Results Of Second Phase Consultations pdf icon PDF 119 KB

Decision:

Decision Taken by Cabinet Member on 24 and 30 June  2016:

 

1.          To proceed with the introduction of Traffic Management Orders providing OSCPs on the Bayonne, Wood Lane, Flora Gardens, Lytton, Maystar, Margravine (Field Road), Aintree (Pellant Road), Riverside Gardens and Aspen Gardens estates, subject to the outcome of the statutory consultation procedure.

 

2.          To note that expenditure of £460,000 will be required for the adoption of Traffic Management Orders on all nine estates, of which £290k will be funded from the Decent Neighbourhoods Programme and £170k from the Housing Revenue Account.
