To approve as an accurate record, and the Chair to sign, the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 2 June 2020.

Minutes:

The minutes of the meeting held on 2 June 2020 were agreed.

 

Cllr Karmel highlighted that he was still awaiting  a response from the planning department in respect of the question he had raised at the previous planning committee on 2 June 2020 regarding s106 monies and repairs to the railings in Cambridge Grove.

Please see the Addendum attached to the minutes which amended the report.

 

At the request of the Chair and with the agreement of the Committee, officers provided a joint presentation which covered both Fulham Town Hall applications.

 

The Committee heard a representation from a representative of the applicant in support of both applications.

 

The Committee voted on the recommendations for application 2019/01840/FULas follows:

            RESOLVED THAT:

 

Planning Application 2019/01840/FUL be approved, subject to:

 

1.     That the Chief Planning Officer be authorised to grant planning permission upon

the completion of a satisfactory legal agreement and subject to the condition listed below

 

2.     That the Chief Planning Officer after consultation with the Head of Law and the

Chair of the Planning and Development Control Committee be authorised to

make any minor changes to the proposed Heads of Terms of the legal agreement

or conditions, which may include the variation, addition or deletion of conditions,

any such changes shall be within their discretion.
