Issue - meetings

(a) To approve as an accurate record and the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting of the Audit Committee of the 23^rd March 2010 and the open minutes of the meeting of the Pension Fund Panel of 16^th March 2010.

(b) To note the outstanding actions.

RESOLVED THAT

(i)                  The minutes of the Audit Committee held on the 23^rd March 2010 and the Pension Fund Investment Panel held on the 16^th March 2010 agreed as true and accurate, and;

(ii)                The outstanding actions be noted.
