1. To seek approval to waive the requirements of Contract Standing Orders and to make a direct award to The Campaign Company Limited (TCC) at a fee of up to £33,000, to deliver resident egagement activities
2. To delegate to the Director of Planning and Growth authority to make any necessary ancillary decisions.
