1.1       That approval be given to modify the contracts by the providers named in the exempt report, in order to extend the current contract arrangements for a period of three months. 

1.2       That the contracts are to be on the existing terms and will run from 1 April 2016 to 30 June 2016 at a total cost as set out in Table 2 in the exempt report, be noted.

1.3       That in the event the award and implementation of the new contracts is delayed beyond 30^th June 2016, the arrangements for the existing contracts to continue on a rolling monthly basis until contract award and implementation until no later than 31 March 2017, at a potential additional monthly cost as set out in Table 3 in the exempt report, be agreed.
