Decision:

Decision taken by the Cabinet Member on: 14 September 2014

 

1.            Agree a one year renewal to the Civica contract on a licence only basis, at an annual cost of £60,000. 

 

2.            That approval be given for support and maintenance spend, up to a maximum of £4,000, to be charged on a time and materials basis.

 

3.            That £45,000 of this cost is met from the underspend on the Managed Services contract budget in 2014/15, and the remaining £19,000 balance is drawn down from the Managed Services reserve.
