That approval be given for the works to be procured via Amey Community Limited (ACL) in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of the Tri-Borough TFM contract, at an estimated cost of £48,928.00 plus a Contingency Sum of £4,892.80 and fees of £8,073, making a total cost of £61,893.
