Minutes:

1.1         That approval is given for the works to be procured from Amey Community Limited (ACL) in accordance with the approved Terms and Conditions of the Tri-Borough TFM contract at an estimated cost of the works will be £134,225 which includes a contingency sum of £12,200 to which fees of £20,134 will be added, making a total cost for approval of £154,359.

 

1.2         The funding for this scheme will be met from the Corporate Planned Maintenance Programme 2012/2013 which was approved by Cabinet as a Key Decision on 30th January 2012 and the WSTF08 Westfield Section 106 agreement dated 11 June 2010 clause 11.29.3.
