Purpose:
The scope of the project is to subcontract
learners in the Adult Skills Fund (ASF) funding stream in the areas
of English, Maths, Business, Employability, Green Skills, Science
Technology Engineering, Medicine, Digital and Creative Media
(STEM3) and Health and Wellbeing. L1/L2/ L3 and L4 qualifications
linked to employability.
Decision:
1. That HFALS be approved to form effective collaborative working arrangements with up to 10 similar providers locally, including Third Sector organisations. Subcontracted delivery commences from 05/01/2026. The financial details are as per Appendix A (Exempt).
