Purpose:

Contract award for a service that provides two critical cloud-hosted workforce management systems – Dynamic Resource Scheduling (DRS) and Job Manager – along with essential service support. These systems are fully integrated with H&F’s internal operations, its repair contractors, and the Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), enabling efficient management of responsive repairs and compliance-related activities.

Decision:

1.     Appendix 1 is not for publication on the basis that it contains information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information) as set out in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).

 

2.     The Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services is asked to approve the award of a contract to the preferred supplier for the provision of Repairs Resource Planning and Management solutions software and service support.

 

3.     The Contract will be for an initial period of two years with the option for extension by a further period of one year, with a total contract value of £325,140.78.
