Purpose:

This report recommends that any minor and/or clarifying amendments to the Thames Path PSPO be delegated to the Director of Public Protection. This will help to ensure that the scope and impact of the PSPO are clear to members of the public.

To delegate any minor and clarifying amendments to the Thames Path PSPO to the Director of Public Protection.

Reasons for the decision:

The reason for the recommendation is to ensure the scope and function of the PSPO is as clear as possible to all.

As described in the report entitled “Decision to introduce a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) relating to the prohibition of e-bikes, e-scooters and other electronic vehicles along the Thames Path” approved on 28 June 2023.
