To award a contract using the Fusion 21 Framework contractor.

Reason for urgency:
To allow the Lyric Theatre to open up earlier.

Decision:

 

To award a contract to Lift & Engineering Services Limited as a direct award from the Fusion21 Framework for an estimated £534,155 to refurbish and replace lift installation works at

a)    Lyric Theatre,

b)    Hammersmith North Housing Office

c)    West London Coroner’s Court and

d)    120 Dalling Road (Haven Children’s Centre)

 

Reasons for the decision:

The decision is required to appoint Lift & Engineering Services Ltd to carry out the lift installation and refurbishment works required in these buildings.

Alternative options considered:

A number of options were considered before approving the Procurement Strategy, which was agreed to use the Fusion 21 Framework Agreement. This was approved on the 2nd December 2020.
