Purpose:

This report seeks approval to enter into a conditional Agreement for Lease for the Clockwork Building, Beavor Lane, to secure 25,183 sq ft of decant accommodation for the Council.

Decision:

To agree and enter into a conditional Agreement for Lease as attached at Appendix 1 for five separate leases for each of the individual floors being part ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 41h floors of the Clockwork Building, Beavor Lane, London W6.

Reasons for the decision:

This report follows a Cabinet decision agreed In December 2018, as part of the approval of the business case and delivery strategy for the West King Street Renewal Programme.

Alternative options considered:

1 – Do nothing.

 

2 - Approve the entering into a conditional Agreement for Lease for the

Clockwork Building.
