The Council has signed a Conditional Land Sale
Agreement (CLSA) with EC Properties LP. This agreement obligates
the the Council to secure vacant possession of properties in the
West Kensington and Gibbs Green Estates, in phases, to facilitate
the Earls Court Regeneration Scheme.
