1.1.       To enable the council to purchase 16 Churchward House as approved by the Leader’s Urgent Decision “Acquisition of Freehold and Leasehold Properties in The West Kensington and Gibbs Green Estates” Published: 20 February 2017.

 

1.2.       The continue the council’s commitment to buying homes on the estate where owners demonstrate an urgent need to sell for hardship or personal reasons
