A Leader’s Urgency Report was approved on 14th February 2017 for a procurement strategy which authorised officers to tender for a design team for the Sands End Arts and Community Centre.
The decision is required to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to design and secure planning consent for a new arts and community centre in sands end.
An options appraisal for the procurement of design services was completed for the Leader’s Urgency Report approved on the 14th February 2017.
