Approval to proceed requested for the procurement of the Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Service

1.1      That Cabinet notes the award of a framework agreement for three years, with the option to extend for one further year to Supplier 2.

1.2      That approval be given to call off of the framework agreement and enter into a contract for three years from 1^st October 2015, with the option to extend for a further year (subject to performance) with the recommended provider.

1.3      That approval be given to delegate the decision to award a one year extension to the “call off” from the framework to the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Public Health in conjunction with the Executive Director for Adult and Social Care and the Section 151 Officer.

1.4       To note the following decisions for Westminster City Council (WCC) and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC)

·                     For the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

To note the award of a framework agreement for three years, with the option to extend for one further year to Supplier 2.

To call off of the framework agreement and enter into a contract for three years from 1^st October 2015, with the option to extend for a further year (subject to performance), with the recommended provider.

·                    For Westminster City Council

The Contract Approval Board recommend that the Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Public Health call off of the framework agreement and enter into a contract for three years from 1^st October 2015, with the option to extend for a further year (subject to performance).
