Purpose:

The current Enforcement Policy has been updated to comply with the Regulators’ Code, which came into effect in April, this year. The policy has been approved in principle by the Cabinet Member and requires approval as a Key Decision, so that it can be adopted by the Council.

Decision:

1.1.        That the revised Enforcement Policy, attached as Appendix 1 to this report, be adopted by the Council.

 

1.2.        That any future minor amendments and updates, following annual reviews, be approved by the Cabinet Member.
