Purpose:

Setting out three year procurement plan and recommending the waiver of the Contract Standing Orders to award contracts in appendix A and extend contracts in appendix B.

Decision:

1.1.            That the tendering requirements of the Procurement code in order to award the contracts as set out in Appendix A, be waived.

1.2.            That the award of contracts as set out in Appendix A of the report on local authority terms and conditions from 1 April 2014 to expire on 31 March 2016, be approved.

1.3.            That if current suppliers refuse to accept these terms, to extend the contracts on current terms and conditions and give a higher priority to the re-procurement of these services, be approved.

1.4.            That the tendering requirements of the Procurement code in order to award the contracts as set out in Appendix B, be waived.

1.5.            That the award of the contracts as set out in Appendix B of the report from 6 January 2014 to expire on 31 March 2016, be approved.

1.6.            That the mapping and reshaping of these services based on Council priorities and enable the development of the marketplace to improve competition for providing these services, as defined in the procurement timeline, be approved.

 

1.7.            That the recommendations for RBKC and WCC, be noted.
