Purpose:

A Tri-borough multi agency pilot to reduce the length of time care proceedings take in order to improve outcomes for children and reduce expenditure.

Decision:

That approval be given to the care proceedings pilot at a total cost of £95,000 to Hammersmith and Fulham Council out of the total expenditure in the project of £220,000 as set out in paragraph 5.7 of the report.
