We are seeking to compliantly direct award a
contract via the Fusion 21 Reactive Repairs and Empty Buildings
Framework. This contract will be part of our 'phase 2' additional
capacity strategy with repairs and voids.
We are seeking to call-off a £4,500,000 contract. The
contract length will be for 3 years and will cover a range of
disrepair, P60's and voids.
Direct award a ‘General Building Works’ contract for a maximum value of £4,500,000 for a contract period of 36 months to MCP property services LTD. The contract will look to apportion the spend equally at £1,500,000 per annum across the 3-year contract period. We aim to incept the contract as soon as allowable.
To accelerate the recovery of the Responsive Repairs, relating to disrepair and void works.

· Competitive tender
· Mini-competition from a suitable framework or Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)
· Direct award from a suitable framework – recommended option
