Decision:

To approve the Procurement Strategy & Business Case for the Council’s housing repairs and maintenance requirements for the transition period (April 2019 to July 2020) as set out in the report.

Reasons for the decision:

To enable the council to meet existing commitments to tenants and leaseholders in relation to repairs and maintenance of its existing stock, to fulfil its statutory and contractual obligations and to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of residents and stakeholders.
