Purpose:

The commissioning responsibility and budget for Public Health Services 0-5 years transfers to Local Authorities on October 1st 2015. This report seeks approval to continue the same provision and to directly award a service contract to the existing provider on Local Authority terms and conditions.

That the recommendations for Westminster City Council, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (contained in the exempt report on the exempt Cabinet agenda), be noted.
