Purpose:

The report requests authority from Cabinet (in accordance with paragraph 20.1.2 of Contract Standing Orders) to approve the direct award of two contracts for dementia day service provision for 18 month from 1 May 2015 to 31 October 2016.

Decision:

1.1           That a waiver of the Council’s Contract Standing Orders be approved in order to directly award two contracts from 1 June 2015 to 30 November 2016 to the incumbent service providers as out below in the table below.
