To approve the appointment of Royal Mail UK to supply the service of providing outgoing mail to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council

That the Council enters into a two year contract with Royal Mail to provide collection and delivery of letters and parcels to the addressee pursuant to Lot 1 of the Government Procurement Services (GPS) RM 782 Postal Services Framework Agreement, be agreed.
