This report seeks authority to renew 45 funding agreements under the corporate grants programme, the 3^rd Sector Investment Fund (3SIF) for a three-year period, until 31 March 2021. The agreements are held with 36 different service providers.

Reasons for urgency:

Funding stability that is fundamental to enabling third sector organisations to plan improvements, build relationships and retain experienced staff.

That Cabinet reviews the recommendations for each individual service and agrees the renewal proposals as set out in Appendix 1.
