Purpose:

The purpose of this report is to seek approval to award the contract for School Kitchen Repair and Maintenance contract across all three boroughs; The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF); The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC), and Westminster City Council (WCC) to First in Service (FiS).

Decision:

That a contract be awarded for the provision of School Kitchen Repair and Maintenance contract, for a period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for up to a further (2) years commencing 1st February 2017.
