To get authorisation to proceed with a number of development voids to bring additional housing units onto the rental path.

1.1.        That the proposed development voids programme as set out below, be approved:

1.2.        That the use of the Council’s term contractor Mitie Property Services (UK) Limited to carry out the works, be noted.

1.3.        That the proposed programme for delivery of this project is estimated to be 6 months from the date of this approval.
