S106 Match funding for Macbeth Pottery Studios

1.1. This report seeks approval for draw down of S106 match funding for the renovation of the old Site Care flat at the Macbeth Adult Learning Centre and the development of a new Pottery Studios on the Macbeth site. Following a successful bid in by our Adult Learning & Skills Service (ALSS) to the GLA Small Grants Fund, ALSS secured £200,000 and requires a further 50% match fund of £200,000 making £400,000 in total.
