Planning and Development Control Committee

Purpose of committee

The Planning and Development Control Committee determines applications for planning permission - including consents for works to listed buildings and properties in conservation areas. It also authorises enforcement notices. The committee meets monthly and meetings are open to the public.

Speaking at the meeting

 

Only the applicant or their agent and people who have commented on the applicationas part of the planning department consultation process in support or against will be permitted to speak at the meeting. You must be registered to speak before addressing the committee.
